Welty; her brother Edward Rankin; her grandchildren, Bill Santiago, Talicia Ortiz, Michael Santiago, Arianna Jules, Samantha Weitzel and Andrew Weitzel; and her great grandchildren, Tyzir, Tiazha Lester, Taelynn, Tayvian Ortiz and Michael Santiago, Jr..
