He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie J. Pompey and Elvia Hilton Pompey; and his brothers, Albert, Benjamin, Willie and James Pompey of Lancaster.
He is survived by: his siblings, Phillip Pompey of Troy, NY, Raleigh Pompey of York, Robbie "Butch" Pompey of Milwaukee and Martha Ann Pompey of Mechanicsburg. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
