It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay L. Smith (Mountville, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 7, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Isabella Hoffman; and his brother Ray Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Debora S. Shelly Smith; his children, Sherri R. Young (Keith) and Adam J. Smith; his grandchildren, Sabrina and Jayden Young; his stepgrandchildren, Autumn and Conner; and his siblings, Jim Smith and Kay Hoffman.
