She was predeceased by: her husband Paul H. Herr, Jr.; and her parents, Homer Estep and Wanda Kitts Smallwood. She is survived by: her children, Cynthia L, Doug Stauffer of Harrisburg, Stephen P, Stacey Herr of Mountville and Christy J. Herr-Scott of Mountville. She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, 4 sisters, and 2 brothers.
