He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl, Sr. Roeser and Beata Roeser; his wife Loretta; his daughter Melanie Strohm; and his siblings, Anita Grab, Josetta Spiese, Carl Roeser, Jr. and Elizabeth Horn.
He is survived by: his son Donald Miller (Jim O'Neill) of Cathedral City, CA; and his siblings, Thomas Roeser of Columbia, Mary Ann Gray of Greenville, NC and Lucy Fox of Columbia. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and a large extended family.
