She was predeceased by: her spouse Russell D. Frey, Jr.; and her parents, Harry M. Hoffman and Vernie I. Harold Hoffman. She is survived by: her sons, Terry L. Frey (Faye) and Jeffrey D. Frey (Peggy); and her grandsons, Eric Frey, Troy Frey and Jeffrey Frey, Jr..

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to: the America Heart Association, Lancaster Division, 4250 Crums Mill Road, Suite 100, Harrisburg, PA 17112.
