He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer L. Bradshaw and Louise Domanski Bradshaw; his son Scott F. Bradshaw; and his brother Elmer Bradshaw. He is survived by: his wife Karen E. Rudisill Bradshaw; and his son George J. Bradshaw, Jr. (Kathy).
