He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Cover and Gladys Edwards Cover; and his siblings, Clarence and Mary Dale. He is survived by: his wife Brenda L. Moore Cover; and his children, Franklyn A., Jr., Michael, Lisa, Lynda, Cindy and Gayle.
