She was predeceased by: her husband Wilbur M. Eck, Sr.; her parents, John Sr. Rutter and Lulu Seylar Rutter; her sons, Michael and Eric Eck; and her brother John Rutter, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Tina Kuhn (David), Tonya Clark (Glenn), Wilbur Eck, Jr. (Marybeth), Teresa Stover (Toby), Christopher Eck (Valarie) and Shawn Eck (Suzanne); and her siblings, Robert, Thomas Rutter and Patricia Speros. She is also survived by five grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
