She is survived by: her son William P. Bartlow, Jr. of Mountville, PA; and her brother Charles F. Young.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Trinity Assembly of God Church, 332 N. Loyalsock Avenue, Montoursville, PA 17754.
