He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley J. Mizikoski and Stella Andrews Mizikoski. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Lucarelli Mizikoski; his children, Shannon Mizikoski and Matt Mizikoski (Kristen); and his grandchildren, Lena and Sam MacLusky. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
