She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul A. Mendler and Beatrice Kahler Mendler; her brothers, Gary and Robert Mendler; and her niece Michele.

She is survived by: her husband George Sambora; her siblings, Beth Amos (Thomas) and James Mendler; and her sister-in-law Laurie Sambora (Jack Mundie). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
