It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard J. Hochreiter of Mountain Top, Pennsylvania, born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 7, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brothers, Harry and Thomas Hochreiter. He is survived by: his wife Lillian Savitski Hochreiter; his sons, Richard Hochreiter (Diane) of Mountain Top, Mark Hochreiter (Melissa) of Millersville and Michael Hochreiter (Audra) of Newville; his grandchildren, Lauren Sgriccia (Michael), RJ Hochreiter (Sarah Marlow), Ellie and Colin Hochreiter; and his great grandchildren, Mia and Grant Sgriccia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
