He is survived by: his wife Nancy Buzinski Klosko; his son Mark Klosko (Judy) of Kingston; his grandchildren, Morgan and Aaron; and his sisters, Florence Zelinka of Mountain Top and Lorraine Kemmerer of Wilkes-Barre. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
