He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Liberaski and Kathleen Bonner Liberaski. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy (Prutzman); his children, Patrick Jr. of Millsboro, DE and Christine Liberaski Gonzales of Ambler, PA; his grandchildren, Emily Liberaski (Orlando), Ellie and Cate Kroznuski of Ambler, PA; his siblings, Anne Marie Gavaghan, Kathy Sadowski (Damian) and Ted Liberaski (Mary); his children-in-law, Jill and Armando; and his stepgrandchild GiGi. He is also survived by nieces, great niece and nephew.
