She is survived by: her children, Concepcion Velazquez (Cynthia), Jackeline Rivera and Carmen Canaii (Nicholas); her grandchildren, Rosie, CJ, Sheila and Naveah; her great grandchild Aliyah; her significant other Jose "Tony" Rivera; and her siblings, Margarita, Luz, Adalberto, Jose, Carmen and Sarita.
