Nancy Pocceschi Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nancy Pocceschi of Mountain Top, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 30, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Kasisky and Frances Kasisky (Alexis); and her husband Robert Pocceschi. She is survived by: her brother Robert Kasisky (Maureen) of Johnstown; her children, Roberta Pocceschi, Richard Pocceschi (Patricia), Andrea Pocceschi (Mountain Top) and Elaine Pocceschi (Mountain Top); her grandchildren, Ryan Matalonis (Pittston), Beth Matalonis, Sarah Suchocki (Ronald Suchocki), Amanda Pocceschi (Pittston) and Richard Pocceschi (Plains); and her great grandchildren, Anthony, Sadie, Jase, Emilly, Braeden, Madesto, Ryker, Gabriella and Luca. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Yeosock Funeral Home (40 S Main St, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18705). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church (237 William St, Pittston, PA 18640).
