Chmiola, Jr Swoyersville (Lisa), Diane Chmiola (Jerry), James Chmiola (Beth), Joanne Chmiola of Plains, Sandra Troyan (Al), Karen Chmiola of Plains, David Chmiola of Plains, Daniel Chmiola of Mountain Top and Jacklyn Chmiola of Mountain Top; her grandchildren, Ryan, Jennifer, Jerry, Jimmy, Erin, Crystal, Suzanne, John, Trey, Mitch, Gary, Samantha, Josh, Rebecca, Christopher, Nicholas, Gabe and Ben; her great grandchildren, Jakob, Jason, Reagan, Jordan, Joey, Sawyer, James, Emma, Carter, Jace and Aubriella; and her sister Susan Stecker of Hazleton. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
