He is survived by: his wife Diane M. Piazza Stella; his daughter Mary Beth Malys of Mountain Top; his granddaughters, Justina Sokoloski and Emily Malys; his great grandchild Eva Malys; and his sister Louise Jones (Richard) of Mountain Top. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
