He is survived by: his wife Charlene; his children, Michael (Jamie), Joseph and Jessica; his granddaughter Addison; his siblings, Joseph, Dianne Laiuvara (Ralph), Ashley, Sharon Tomko (Rick) and Marie Mack; and his stepsiblings, Robert Rhodes, Skip Mack, Dwight Mack, Denise and Joann Polifko (Jim). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
