He was predeceased by: his mother Lillian Kutz; his wife Dorothy Kolodziejczak Kutz; his son Stephen Kutz; and his grandsons, John Matthew Dean, Joseph and John Harenza.
He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Harenza of Mountain Top and Lisa Dean (Jack) of Mountain Top; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Bryan, Jo Lynne, Aimee, Tricia, Taylor, Noah and Matthew; his great grandchildren, Jocelyn, Jasmine, Alivia, Juliana, Emilee, Carter and Jillian; and his close friend Alex. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
