Chmiola, Jr Swoyersville (Lisa), Diane Chmiola (Jerry), James Chmiola (Beth), Joanne Chmiola of Plains, Sandra Troyan (Al), Karen Chmiola of Plains, David Chmiola of Plains, Daniel Chmiola of Mountain Top and Jacklyn Chmiola of Mountain Top; his grandchildren, Ryan, Jennifer, Jerry, Jimmy, Erin, Crystal, Suzanne, John, Trey, Gary, Samantha, Josh, Rebecca, Christopher, Nicholas, Gabe and Ben; his great grandchildren, Jakob, Jason, Reagan, Jordan, Joey, James, Emma and Jace; his sisters, Ruth, Jean Chmiola and Wilkes-Barre; and also Welder. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
