He was predeceased by: his brothers, George Williams, Jerry Williams and Jimmy Williams. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Bess" Waters; and his sisters, Elaine Bonning (Luther) of Forty Fort and Eileen Kratz of Kingston. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
