She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Stefonetti and Rachael Stefonetti (Ferro); her husband Anthony J. Chalk Jr.; and her siblings, Mary Laury, Susan Holcomb, Caroline Micikas, Sam, Charles, Joseph, Anthony and Michael Stefonetti.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph F. Chalk (Dawn Marie) of Mountain Top and Caroline R. Chalk; her grandsons, Corey and Cameron Chalk; and her sister Catherine Shofner of Palatka, FL. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
