He was predeceased by: his sister Charissa Hoffman. He is survived by: his parents, Carey Hoffman and Cheryl Hoffman of Mountain Top; his wife Ashlen Kuhar Hoffman; his sisters, Kim (Joe Bowers) and Holly Hoffman (James); his parents-in-law, Thomas and Rosanne Kuhar; and his siblings-in-law, Christopher Kuhar and Randie Kuhar.
