She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Harcar Sr. and Helen Sudol Harcar; her brother Andrew Harcar Jr.; and her parents-in-law, Thomas and Anna Leckie.
She is survived by: her husband Richard; her children, Ann Marie Allen (Tony), Debi Leckie (Emory Neal) and Richard Leckie Jr.; her grandchildren, Brooke Allen, Michael Miller and Jessica Leckie; and her brothers, John Harcar (Deborah) and Robert Harcar. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Clare's memory to Saint Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 Saint Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee, 38105.
