He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin A., Sr. and Catherine Thomas Buff; his granddaughter Faith Michelle Buff; and his siblings, Lois Cragle, Franklin Buff, Jr., Jean Smith and Madeline Buff.
He is survived by: his wife Judy A. Bromfield Buff; his children, Chet Buff, Jr. of Kingston, Kellarie Buff of North Carolina and Kyle E. Buff, Sr. (Kate) of Langhorne; his grandchildren, Gavin of Langhorne, Savannah of Langhorne and Kyle Buff, Jr. of Langhorne; his pets, Keith and Lloyd of North Carolina; and his siblings, Gerry Pawlowski (Joe) of Wapwallopen, Peggy Buff of Mountain Top and Nina Pawlowski (John) of Wapwallopen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
