He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles D. Shick and Jeanette V. Reuter Shick; his brother Jeffrey M. Shick; his nephew David A. Shick; and his brother-in-law Louis X. Saccone.
He is survived by: his wife Lucille M. DeSanto Shick; his children, Alexander U. Shick and Amy M. Shick of Madison, Wisconsin; his siblings, Linda Conway (Douglas) of Newtown Square and Charles David Randall Shick of Newtown Square; and his sisters-in-law, Deborah Shick of Chesapeake, VA and Kathy Saccone of Morris Township, NJ. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Gift of Life organization to help raise awareness for organ and tissue donation.
