She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Machina and Susan Machina (Sabonis); her husband William; and her brothers, Robert and John Machina.
She is survived by: her children, William Jakubowski (Gina) of Mountain Top, Paul D. Jakubowski (Susan) of Mountain Top and Elizabeth Hockenbury of Mountain Top; and her grandchildren, Paul John of South Norwalk, CT, Sarah of Phoenixville, Noah and Joshua of Mountain Top. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, fellow congregants and dear friends.
