Buzak (Amy) of Drums; his grandchildren, Jeremy Buzak, Cole Kakalecik, Taryn Kakalecik, Liam Kakalecik and Kayden Buzak; and his sister Susan Jacobson of Mountain Top. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
