She was predeceased by: her brothers, Andrew and Steven Smith. She is survived by: her husband Andrew Macko; her children, Karen Jurista (Danny) of Mountain Top, Mark Macko (Debbie) of Mountain Top and Brian Macko (Colleen) of Mountain Top; her grandchildren, Samantha, Abbie, Colin and Sarah; and her sister Cathy Pehanich of Ashley. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
