He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey B. Cramer and Hilda Cramer (Miller); his wife Dorothy May Cramer (Minnick); and his siblings, Paul, George, Joseph, Frank, Jack and Clara Cramer.
He is survived by: his stepmother Veda (Booher); his children, Dorothy B. Cramer, William H. Cramer Jr., Beverly J. Barben (Rodney), David L. Cramer (Nancy) and Sandra C. Moore (Raymond); and his grandchildren, Larry, Michael, Randy, Jessica, Shannon, Wendy, Patti, Laura, Jennifer, Adrienne and Dustin. He is also survived by great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
