We are sad to announce that on May 4, 2023, at the age of 103, Walter Earl Yeager (Mount Union, Pennsylvania), born in Mapleton Depot, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Yeager and Edith Yeager (Miller); his wife Audrey D. (Wakefield); his daughter Brenda Clark; and his siblings, Edith Rhodes, Hazel Bell, Ruth Heaster, Bruce Yeager, Charles Yeager, Irvin Parks and John.
He is survived by: his daughters, Beverly Herrmann (Richard) of Rochelle, IL and Barbara Raker (Raymond) of State College, PA; his sister Mary Wise of Mapleton Depot, PA; and his son-in-law Gerald Clark of Mount Union, PA.. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, 8 great great grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren, and 4 step great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Mount Union Presbyterian Church, 2 E. Shirley St., Mount Union, PA. 17066.
