He is survived by: his daughters, Melinda L. Shumac, Brenda K. Mentzer and Donna F. Cresswell; his stepchildren, Brian N. Elliott and Linda D. Elliott; his brother Kenneth L. Mentzer; and his nieces and nephews, Pam, Susan, Melissa Mentzer, Steve, Mike and Bruce Mentzer. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren.
