We are sad to announce that on November 23, 2024, at the age of 78, Sandra Jean Vaughn (Mount Union, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Sandra Jean shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Sandra Jean farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Fetzer and Dora Fetzer (Audrey); her stepfather Kenneth Dubbs Werner; and her foster parents, Bertha Utley and Scott Crotsley.
She is survived by: her husband James R. Vaughn; her daughter Tracy Flagle; her grandchildren, Hunter Flagle, Jocelyn Flagle and Riley Ritchey; and her brothers, Barry Lee Fetzer and Rick Fetzer. She is also survived by several step siblings, half siblings, and 26 foster siblings.
