He is survived by: his wife Bonnie (Love); his children, Pamela Zilch (Larry), Rebecca Taylor (James), Michele Knepp (Paul) and Ronald Blair Jr. (Nikki); his siblings, John Blair (Ruth), Patty Shontz, Lois O'Donnell (Robbie) and Richard Blair (Janice); his grandchildren, Melissa (Nick), Brittany, Aaron (Cassie), Rachel, Andrea, Hannah (Jesse), Elizabeth (David), Hunter and Maci; and his great grandchildren, Aubrie and Wyatt.
