He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest H. Bilger and Gertrude I. Bilger (Brotemarkle); and his brother Ronald Bilger. He is survived by: his children, Heather Leonard (Adam) and Jacob Bilger; his sisters, Shirley Sunderland, Faye Fisher and Joanne Conway (Jim); and his sister-in-law Annette Bilger. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
