She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin C. Henry and Sara "Sally" Gearhart; her son Rodney Chilcote; her siblings, Donna McElrath, Sharon Welch, Lewis "Butch" Gearhart and Thomas Henry; and her stepmother Dorothy Henry.
She is survived by: her husband Johnnie Boyd Chilcote; her children, Steven Chilcote of Mount Union, Carol Dannel (John) of Mount Union, Michael Chilcote (Aurora) of Mount Union, Barbara Bolinger (Denny), Hares Valley, Penny Huntsman (Jim) and Jason Chilcote (Dana); her grandchildren, Stephanie, Brenda, Kira, Cody, Erica, Christina, Chayton, Garret, Tricia, Jonathan, Shane, Lindsay, Tara, Mikie and Aspen; her daughter-in-law Lannie Simard; and her sisters, Joanne Hicks, Dianna Snyder and Ruth "Penny" Homolash. She is also survived by 31 great-grandchildren.
