He was predeceased by: his wife Tina M. (Parks); his granddaughter Ruthie Boozel; and his siblings, Scott and Deborah Spencer. He is survived by: his parents, Robert J. Boozel and Rachel P. Boozel (Aurand); his children, Michael A. Boozel Sr., Jessica Appleby of Three Springs, Anthony S. Boozel (Sara) of Shirleysburg and Tanisha D. Frace (Rodney) of Shirleysburg; his grandchildren, Ethan, Andrew, Mackenzie, Michael Jr., Olivia, Nevaeha, Kaytlin, Rodney III and Julieann; his stepdaughters, Lisa Cornelius and Sara Boozel; his sisters, Cindy Hobbs of Huntingdon, Bobbie Boozel (Corky) of Bellwood, Lori Smith (Scott) of Wrangletown and Kelly Whitsel of Shade Gap; and his pet Gizmo. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
