He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Gaisior and Catherine Gaisior (Walcyzk); his son Scott Gaisior; and his siblings, Ralph Gaisior, Mary Schucker, Louie Gaisior, Ann Sherinski, Johnny Gaisior, Steve Gaisior, Julie Wagner, Francie Thomas and Edward Gaisior.
He is survived by: his wife Esther C. Gaisior (Kauffman); and his sons, Max Gaisior Jr. (Traci) and Richard Gaisior. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
