"Dink" Haubrick; her children, Roxanne Scott (Anthony), Tammy Starr (John), Jack Fortney Jr. (Shelley) and Crystal Fortney; her grandchild Ashely Beck (Dennis); her children, Stephanie Patterson (Patrick), John Starr Jr. (Heather), Eric Starr (Nicole), Joshua Fortney (Lisa) and Kayla Gutshall; and her brother Dale Byers. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
