She is survived by: her children, Joseph G. Fultz (Deunna) of Huntingdon, Terry R. Fultz (Carol) of Huntingdon and Kim M. Carpio (Gus) of York; her grandchildren, Jeremy Fultz, Jamie Cartwright, Matthew Fultz, Luke Fultz, Ashlee Fultz-Biglin, Logan Fultz, Kristin Carpio and Andre Carpio; and her great grandchildren, Alexandria Fultz, Keegan Cartwright and Juliette Fultz.
