He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Worthy and Eva Worthy (Varner); his wife Darlene Worthy (Garlock); and his siblings, Roy, Robert, Gary, Raymond, Bill, Joseph Worthy, Viola Wakefield, Marie Crouse, Mary Wright and Betty Harkleroad.
He is survived by: his sons, Rodney Worthy (Susi) and Neal Worthy (Tammy); and his brothers, Tom and Gene Worthy. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
