She is survived by: her daughter Crystal D. Worthy; her grandchildren, Racheal Klester, Kendra Worthy and Keairra Worthy; her great grandchild Lucas Brown; and her sisters, Nancy and Evelyn. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
