He was predeceased by: his parents, George Allen and Mary Allen (Thomas); his wife Carol Allen (Funderburk); and his siblings, Robert Allen, Oakley and Mary Thomas.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Felicia of Philadelphia and Yanntia Garner of Philadelphia; his siblings, James Allen, Annie Rogers and Milton Allen; and his siblings-in-law, Chuck Funderburk of Philadelphia, Lawrence Funderburk of Philadelphia and Margaret Bates. He is also survived by many loving grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
