He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Hollibaugh and Anna Hollibaugh (Byers); his wife Ruthann Hollibaugh (Roberts); his siblings, Tom, Richard Hollibaugh and Natha Harris; and his stepfather John Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas J. Hollibaugh (Elizabeth), April D. Clemens (Brian) and Beth "Buffy" Keeports (Jon); his grandchildren, Cody, Andrew, Emily Hollibaugh, Brandon, Chad Clemens, Chloe and Payton Keeports; and his great grandchildren, Kaden, Adalyn, Carter and Harper.
Due to COVID-19, the family has elected to hold a drive thru visitation on Wednesday, September 23, 2020 from 11 a. m. to 2 p. m. at the funeral home for those wishing to pay their respects to honor James' memory.
