He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel R. Caldwell and B. Jean Caldwell (Williams). He is survived by: his wife Diana Caldwell (Atherton); his children, Wendy Caldwell Gensimore (Keith), Brenda Phillips (George), Doug Flagle, Nathan Flagle and Greg Flagle; his grandchildren, Justin Gensimore, Alex Gensimore, Emma Gensimore, Natnicha Phillips, Tiffany Grainey, Dalton Flagle, Hunter Flagle and Jocelyn Flagle; his great grandchild Easton Grainey; and his siblings, Beverly Caldwell and Daniel Caldwell (Colleen). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and special friends.
