He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy H. and Mary L. Keiser, Jr. (Cramer); and his brother Johny. He is survived by: his wife Helen S. (Souders); his children, Howard "Howie" Keiser, Jr. (Keya), Jeffrey Keiser (Julana) of Northfield, NJ and Lori Lane (Neil); his grandchildren, Matt, Annie, Zachary, Amber, Caitlin, Brooke, Josh, Chelsea, Daisy, Steven and Shelby; and his siblings, Linda Forgy, Dave Keiser, Sr. and Richard "Dickey" Keiser. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
