He was predeceased by: his parents, Emory Lantz and Nellie Lantz (Glunt); his wife Rosalie J. Lantz; his son Ricky Lee Lantz; and his brothers, Emory Lantz Jr. and Robert "Lefty" Lantz.
He is survived by: his children, Harold L. "Red" Lantz Jr. (Alma), Dennis "Dietz" Lantz (Joyce), Randy Lantz (Kathy), Tena Rosensteel (Tim) and Sue Ann Price (Mark); and his sisters, Lawanda Shaffer, McConnelstown and Sondra Whitesel. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
