He is survived by: his children, Franklin Hower and Angela Belkin (Seth); his grandsons, Matthew Cipriano and Jacob Belkin; his brother Charles Hower; his nephew Shane Hower (Paige); and his former wife Darlene Morgan (Rowe). He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
